Handling Time
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.
Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Order Cut-Off Time
Orders placed before 3:00 PM (GMT) will begin processing on the same business day. Orders placed after this time will be processed on the following business day.
Order Tracking

Tracking updates may take up to 24 hours to become active.
Delayed or Lost Packages
If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery timeframe, please contact our support team.
If a package is confirmed lost in transit, we may offer:

Incorrect Shipping Address
