Shipping Locations
We currently ship to the United States and Canada.

Shipping Costs
- United States: Free Standard Shipping on all orders (No minimum purchase required).
- Canada: Free Standard Shipping on all orders (No minimum purchase required).

Handling Time
- Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days (Monday – Friday) after payment confirmation.
- Orders placed on weekends (Saturday & Sunday) or US federal holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Estimated Delivery Time
- United States: 7–18 Business Days.
- Canada: 7–20 Business Days.
- Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary during peak seasons or due to unforeseen customs clearance delays.

Shipping to Canada
- Customs & Duties: Orders shipped to Canada may be subject to customs duties, taxes, and brokerage fees collected by Canadian customs or the shipping carrier upon delivery. These fees are the customer's responsibility and are not included in the item price or shipping cost.
- Unavailable Regions: We currently do not offer shipping to Nunavut, Northwest Territories, or Yukon.

Order Cut-Off Time
Orders placed before 3:00 PM (EST) will begin processing on the same business day. Orders placed after this time will be processed on the following business day.

Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking information. Tracking updates may take up to 24 hours to become active.

Delayed or Lost Packages
If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery timeframe, please contact our support team. If a package is confirmed lost in transit, we will offer a replacement item or a full refund.

Incorrect Shipping Address
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information during checkout. If an incorrect or incomplete address is provided and the package is returned to us, additional shipping fees may apply for reshipment.

Order Changes & Cancellations
If you need to modify or cancel your order, please contact us within 24 hours of placing the order. Once an order has been processed or shipped, modifications are no longer possible.
