Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, the item must be:
- Unused and in the same condition as received.
- In the original packaging.
- Accompanied by proof of purchase or order confirmation.

Return Shipping Costs & Fees
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
- Restocking Fee: None ($0.00).
- Return Method: By Mail.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon arrival. If your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us immediately at support@partsworld.shop with photos of the issue so we can review and resolve the matter as quickly as possible.

Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return: sale items, and products damaged caused by customer misuse.

Exchanges
If you'd like a different item instead, please contact us first at support@partsworld.shop

Lost Packages
If a package is lost during transit, please contact us immediately. After confirming the issue with the shipping carrier, we will offer a replacement item or a full refund.

Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you regarding the approval status of your refund. If approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–14 business days.

Order Cancellations
Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase free of charge. If the order has already been processed or shipped, the standard return process will apply instead.
