Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received is damaged, defective, or incorrect.

We do not charge any restocking fees.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon arrival. If your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us immediately with photos of the issue so we can review and resolve the matter as quickly as possible.

Non-Returnable Items

Exchanges

If you would like to exchange an item, we recommend returning the original item first and placing a new order for the replacement product.

Lost Packages
